Parish Hall Enquiries and Bookings

Please navigate to ‘Hall Calendar’ in the drop-down list under ‘About Us/Church Hall’  to check availability for the date and time of your preferred slot.

Once you have established an available date and time, kindly contact the office by email (not telephone). Bookings will be taken by email only. All emails will be replied to as soon as possible and in order of receipt to ensure a fair system.

Single Events

The charge for hire for an evening event is £100 for the first 2 hours, then £25/hour (or part of) thereafter. So 3 hours is £125, 4 hours £150 etc. 

The charge for hire for a daytime event is £100 for the first 2 hours, then £20/hour (or part of) thereafter. So 3 hours is £120, 4 hours £140 etc. 

We do ask for the time to set-up, clear away and clean be included in the session hire time please.

Parish Office Hours are: Monday to Thursday, 9.30am – 2.30pm

N.B. Bouncy Castles are not permitted due to insurance restrictions
